BREAKFAST SUGGESTION

This is a bowel of enzymes to help with your overburdened digestion; it will start the breaking down process of toxic wastes in the bowel.

Chop a whole pineapple (peel and remove the core) and add:

  • One carton of strawberries
  • One carton of raspberries
  • Seven almonds
  • Two fresh dates
  • Two tablespoons of flaxseed, soaked overnight in half pint of water

When preparing strawberries take the stems out after not before washing to prevent them going soft too quickly.

Linseeds are great when soaked a day before and then blended to a smoothie and drizzled on the dish.

Method:
Take the prepared pineapple and sliced strawberries and mix with other ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixing gently. Finally empty into a service bowl and finish with a good sprinkle of linseeds.

Rules:
Eat slowly and chew thoroughly.

To keep your digestive juices at maximum capacity drink water between meals ONLY.
